Name : spring roll with sweet and sour sauce
Yield : 10 portions
- 20 pcs spring roll sheet
- 200 gr cabbage
- 1 pcs carrot
- 200 gr beansprout
- 2 pcs red chili
- 50 gr chopped garlic
- 1 ltr oil
- 1 pcs egg
- salt, pepper, sesame oil, fish gravy
- 200 ml sweet and sour sauce
method of cooking :
- cut carrot, red chili into julienne, cut cabbage into chifonade.
- heat saute pan, add oil than saute chopped garlic, carrot, red chili, bean sprout and cabbage, seasoning with salt, pepper, sesame oil, fish gravy, and correct the seasoning.
- remove from the heat and let it cool, filling spring roll ready to use.
- put some filling into spring roll sheetthan roll it up
- deep fryng until golde brown, serve with sweet and sour sauce garnish with parsley.
