How To Make Pasta Dough

Name : Pasta Dough

Yield : 10 Portions (250 gr/portions)

Ingredient :

  • 200 gr Flour
  • 10 ml Oil
  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • 100 ml Water
  • Salt 

Method Of Cooking :

  1. Sift flour and salt in a bowl and make a well in the middle. 
  2. Mix eggs and oil together and add to the flour. 
  3. If the dough is too tough add 'a little more' water.
  4. Work into a dough and knead until it becomes very smooth and elastic.
  5. Wrap in plastic and rest in the refrigerator.

Note : This dough might feel tight or hard. it is meant to be! do not use too much water.
