Name : Pasta Dough
Yield : 10 Portions (250 gr/portions)
- 200 gr Flour
- 10 ml Oil
- 2 pcs Eggs
- 100 ml Water
Method Of Cooking :
- Sift flour and salt in a bowl and make a well in the middle.
- Mix eggs and oil together and add to the flour.
- If the dough is too tough add 'a little more' water.
- Work into a dough and knead until it becomes very smooth and elastic.
- Wrap in plastic and rest in the refrigerator.
Note : This dough might feel tight or hard. it is meant to be! do not use too much water.
