How To Make Omelette


Yield : 10 portions

Ingredient :

  • 20 pcs Eggs
  • 200 gr Butter
  • Salt & pepper

Method of cooking :

  1. Break the eggs into bowl and season.
  2. Mix well use by ballon whisk until white and yolk are we blended.
  3. Heat the frying pan add butter
  4. Add egg and cook quickly over high heat, moving the mixture with wooden spatula.
  5. Fold the side nearest the handle to do middle of omelette.
  6. Seal with wooden spatula and turn the omelette out into hot plate with the sealed side down

For filling : cheese, ham, onion, leek, tomato, mushroom, English spinach and bell pepper
