How To Make Fish Tar - Tar Sauce

Name : Fish Tar - Tar Sauce

Yield : 10 portions

Ingredient :

  • 900 gr cod fish fillet
  • 1 pcs lemon juice
  • 200 ml tar - tar sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • For Batter :
  • 300 gr flour
  • 300 ml water
  • 3 pcs egg
  • 5 tbsp salt
  • 3 pcs egg white

Method :

  1. cut the fish into guojon / strip about 30 gr
  2. deep the fish into the frying batter. than deep frying until golden brown
  3. serve with tar - tar sauce

Frying Batter :

  1. place the flour into mixing bowl, add water, egg yolk and seasoning blend into flour
  2. beat the egg whites until stiff not dry, fold into the flour mixture
