How To Make Fish Chowder

Name : Fish Chowder

Yield : 10 Portions

Ingredient :

  • 50 gr Butter
  • 100 gr Onion
  • 100 gr Carrot
  • 100 gr Leek
  • 100 gr Turnip
  • 50 gr Celery 
  • 200 gr Potatoes
  • 100 gr Tomato
  • 300 gr Fish Meat
  • 2,5 ltr Fish Stock
  • 25 gr Flour
  • 10 gr Parsley
  • 100 ml Cream
  • Thyme
  • Salt and Pepper

Method Of Cooking :

  1. Cut carrrot, turnip, potatoes, and fish into dice.
  2. Cut onion, leek, into paysanne, cut tomato into concasse.
  3. Heat the butter add onion, leek, carrot, celery, cook without coloring.
  4. Add flour, moisten with fish stock, bring to boil approx 15 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, and thyme.
  6. Add fish, potatoes and tomatoes, before serving.
  7. Add cream stir well.
  8. Serve with chopped parsley.
