How To Make Chicken Broth

Name : Chiken Broth

Yield : 10 Portions

Description : clear chicken soup with dice of vegetable

Ingredient :

  • 500 gr Chiken Tight
  • 200 gr Leek
  • 250 gr Carrot
  • 250 gr Turnip
  • 50 gr Celery
  • 50 gr White Cabbage
  • 50 gr Butter
  • 2,5 ltr Chicken Stock
  • 30 gr Chopped Parsley
  • 30 gr Chopped Garlic
  • Salt and Pepper

Method Of Cooking :

  1. Boil the chicken approx 30 minutes until done, cut in dice
  2. Peel, and wash leek,carrot, celery, white cabbage cut into dice
  3. Heat the butter, saute chopped garlic, and all vegetable without coloring
  4. Pour on chicken stock and stirring well
  5. Seasoning with salt and pepper
  6. Serve hot in soup cup garnish with chicken and chopped parsley
